Annabel’s Photo Portfolio

A cactus faces the sun on an unseasonably warm January day

Prior to this endeavor, I naively believed that photography would be a simple unit. You just point a camera at something and click the button, right? Turns it’s nowhere near as straightforward as that. There’s a multitude of settings and conditions to consider, like ISO- which I still have no clue how to change- along with aperture and shutter speed, all needing to work together in harmony just to create a semi-decent photo. Nevertheless, I’m pretty grateful for all the experience and learning opportunities that this unit presented me, and I hope that I can continue to attempt the complicated art of photography in the future.
