This project was something new for me. I don’t normally take a lot of pictures so this was a little outside of my comfort zone, but fun nonetheless. It was an interesting experience to try to channel my artsier side, which normally isn’t used for visual art. I really enjoyed covering the Iowa City Women’s March following President Trump’s inauguration because it forced me to go talk to strangers and put myself out there in ways I normally wouldn’t have. This gallery has a handful of pictures from trips I’ve taken fairly recently as well. The rest of my photos were all taken at West High School.
