Paige Albright Photo Gallery

My neighbors mailbox, I have passed it too many times to count. Until freezing rain on January night I had never appreciated the beauty. All scene of life can hold wonder if the eye is willing to see it in a new way. (Feature Image)

My photo gallery is composed of photos that caught my eye. When passing my neighbors mail box after a night of freezing rain their mailbox had gained a whole new persona. It went from being a normal everyday overlook object to, a scene from a winter wonderland with the red popping against the frozen blades of wheat grass. This is how most of the photo taking went. Noticing a mundane thing at a new angle that totally changed my perspective. A school stairwell is something I see everyday, but when looking into the sun it is transformed into a path to the sky. I’ve never been an artsy fartsy person, but this project has forced me to grow.
