The photography unit was one of my favorite units this year. It was a refresh and learning experience throughout the unit. My freshman year I took a photography class here at West High and it was a good refresh for this unit as I was already comfortable with a camera. Although I did learn some new techniques and tips which were fun to try out, the photography unit was a great way to get out of your comfort zone. I took photos of my friends and captured emotion, I attended a sporting event, and I got to take some pics of snowy Iowa!
